Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the shipping and receiving docks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect shipments for damages and ensure accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners.
- Package and label items according to company safety and shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
