Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established safety and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and a commitment to workplace safety.
