Job Overview
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in our distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and stock audits.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Verify product quality and inspect shipments for damages before dispatch.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
