As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the weekend operations team to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to loading dock safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for inventory accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working weekends.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
