Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining organized staging areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
