Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of debris to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in order processing.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
