Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to minimize errors.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company operational guidelines.
- Inspect shipments for damage and discrepancies, reporting issues immediately to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse management software to track stock levels and update records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license or state ID is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
