Responsibilities
- Execute efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of high-volume orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload freight vehicles while adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record).
