Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and manage stock placement with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
