Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily targets and goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
