Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting and packing items according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus for warehouse positions.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand safety guidelines.
