Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout through strategic pallet stacking and zone management
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday coverage
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to safety standards
