Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders within SLAs
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Support inventory receiving and stocking activities
- Assist with facility cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun shifts 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Indy facility
