Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely weekend shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work both weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
