Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Oversee all technical operations and service delivery during weekend shifts to ensure zero downtime for critical systems.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues and service tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server health, network performance, and security protocols to prevent outages.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with on-call support teams and shift leads to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and handovers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and system changes to support audit trails and future planning.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze weekend performance metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be willing to cover holidays as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and virtualization technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
