Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 weekend associates, ensuring performance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency through strategic scheduling and process improvements
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve operational discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards across all weekend activities
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management best practices
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse technology systems
