Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor weekend warehouse staff (8-12 team members)
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred
