Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, sorting, and storage using warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport materials safely
- Pack and prepare customer orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
- Support facility security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
