Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Train on new technologies and process improvements monthly
- Support inbound/outbound logistics during peak weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Valid California Driver's License for equipment operation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
