Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
