Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using manual and automated systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
