Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and putting away inventory.
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
