Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with all safety regulations
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in fast-paced environments
