Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory using scanning systems and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Conduct routine quality checks on outgoing products
- Support receiving processes and stock replenishment activities
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to the North Milwaukee location
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
