Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within strict timeframes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards across the facility
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification highly desirable
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid UK work authorization required
