Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete daily documentation and reporting tasks using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25kg regularly
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 7am-7pm
