Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and material handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
