Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock rotation systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transport to Thames Street location
- Positive attitude and commitment to weekend availability
