Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Support stock rotation and quality control checks
- Adapt to fluctuating workloads during peak periods
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25kg objects repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-2PM
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Previous warehouse/fulfillment experience preferred
- Right to work in the UK required
