Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and safety protocols are met.
- Manage inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and verifying shipments against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Process and organize incoming and outgoing packages with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a major plus.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
