Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (including forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Must possess physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
