Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within SLA requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in weekly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
