As a Weekend Shift Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence. You will work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily workflow during weekend shifts to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems, resolving minor hardware and software issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of operational status and data.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments/data batches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Process transactions and data entries with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual availability for weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
