Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for client inquiries via phone and email.
- Monitor and maintain server health, responding to alerts within SLA requirements.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security configurations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
