- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff members during peak operational hours
- Coordinate inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Train new weekend associates on equipment and procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day-shift managers
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
