Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and staff performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment processes
- Handle cash operations and POS system reconciliation
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain safety and compliance protocols
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid DC work permit (if applicable)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
