Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, and shipping operations
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stocking procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Generate daily performance reports and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks to meet company standards
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
