Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and performance management

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment during peak hours
- Execute daily opening/closing procedures and maintain operational excellence

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to thrive in high-energy weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
