Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance during the weekend shift to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Manage inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock levels with system data.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all staff.
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures, equipment usage, and quality standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and precision, utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with the full-time management team to coordinate logistics and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license are required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and handle conflict resolution.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software.
