Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead and motivate weekend team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout all shifts
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Handle cash operations, POS system management, and financial reconciliation

Qualifications
