Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift staff scheduling and real-time deployment
- Oversee guest check-in/out processes with precision and warmth
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries and service issues
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure operational standards
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams
- Generate shift performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service leadership experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 10am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/Rezlynx)
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
