Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the weekend shift team to meet production targets.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics planners to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and escalate complex problems to upper management.
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required.
