Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving guest inquiries and complaints
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Monitor daily revenue targets and implement upselling strategies
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct daily facility inspections and maintenance coordination

Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 10AM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Miami-Dade County Food Handler certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
