Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend shift operations including inventory management and quality control
- Coordinate team of 8-12 warehouse associates to meet daily targets
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate production records
- Train new associates on equipment usage and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and occasional overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
