Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance on best practices and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues or discrepancies immediately to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless handover and continuity of operations.
- Train new hires on equipment usage (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
