Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Manage team of 5-7 associates in receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are maintained
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and cycle counts
- Prepare shift handover reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for Saturdays/Sundays
