What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows during the weekend shift.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the Weekday Management team to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer service issues with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Perform regular facility inspections and maintain equipment readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
