Responsibilities
- Monitor and direct weekend shift operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Enforce safety compliance and OSHA standards across all workstations
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day/evening shift supervisors
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
