Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory flow
- Coordinate team of 5-6 associates for loading/unloading shipments
- Maintain safety compliance and equipment maintenance schedules
- Process orders and update inventory management systems
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years logistics/warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Proficient in WMS software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
