Responsibilities
- Lead weekend staff teams to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
